Bryan’s Educational Technologies Coordinator/Instructor came to CCS for recommendations on improving the training and teaching offerings of Bryan LGH through advanced technology and audio vision support. He wanted the ability to integrate SMART Technologies and Video Conferencing capabilities with recording and playback for onsite and distance learning situations. CCS’s design team worked with him and his staff to determine the exact functionality for 4 different independent rooms and combined the correct components with the systems programming needed to accomplish their goal. This in itself was not the entire scope of the project as this system also had to be coordinated with the construction contractor since this was new construction! As he stated, “CCS not only designed the best system for our needs, they were undaunted by some of the impossible timelines created by our organization. CCS brought a great combination of communication skills and schedule support to enable the successful completion of this very important and visible project.
