MHEC: Multi-Media: Equipment & Services Contract (MHEC-MC16-B11)

CCS Presentation Systems is a part of the MHEC: Multi-Media: Equipment & Services Contract (MHEC-MC16-B11).

This contract allows New England educational organizations who are members of MHEC to more directly and cost-efficiently access products and services related to multi-media, audio, video and more.

Return Policy - CCS Presentation Systems (New England):

  • All product returns must be processed within 35 days after receipt of an order. The exception to the 30 day requirement is if CCS states in writing to the Purchasing Entity, at the time of the order, that an item is not returnable. (This is typically a manufacturer policy for a specific item).
  • Contact your sales consultant at 978-256-2001 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 5 days from the date of issue.
  • Returns without an RMA number or without the RMA number displayed clearly on the outside of the box will be refused.
  • All non-defective products received within the 35-day return period must be returned 100% complete, must be in resalable condition and must include all original packaging materials, manuals, software, blank warranty cards and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
  • Damaged, incomplete, or incorrect shipments will either be replaced at no cost to the Eligible Entity, or returned at CCS' expense for a refund or credit of the purchase price.
  • Defective products must be returned to the manufacturer. Contact your sales consultant for an RMA number/Call Tag or for mailing instructions. The Eligible Entity will receive a new replacement product at no extra charge.
  • All returns that do not comply with the above return policies are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
